Lake Limestone was the site of our 2nd Qualifying Event of the 2024-2025 season. 67 teams hit the water looking for 5 of the right bites. The lake was 2.33 feet low with a water temperature of 79 degrees. The warm weather and clear skies provided a new challenge for these young anglers. When scales closed,

1st Place.
Went to Kasey Boatright and Gage Salinas of the Liberty Hill Fishing Team, with a total weight of 15.29lbs. For their effort each angler was awarded a 1st Place Trophy, $250.00 in Scholarship Money and an Abu Garcia Max Z Reel.

2nd Place.
Went to Christopher Ehlers and Bruce Ehlers of the Riesel Indian Fishing Team, with a total weight of 12.72lbs. For their effort each angler was awarded a 2nd Place Trophy, $200.00 in Scholarship Money, and an Abu Garcia Max Z Reel.

3rd Place.
Went to Kenji Urade and Gavin Cureton of the Bosqueville HS Fishing Team, with a total weight of 12.56lbs. For their effort each angler was awarded a 3rd Place Trophy, $150.00 in Scholarship Money, and an Abu Garcia Max Z Reel.

4th Place.
Went to Fisher Tindell and Brant McIlhaney of the Crawford High School Fishing Team, with a total weight of 12.40lbs. For their effort each angler was awarded a 4th Place Trophy, $100.00 in Scholarship Money and a Berkley Lighting Rod.

5th Place.
Went to Arie henry and Bradyn Teat of the China Springs Bass Club, with a total weight of 11.26lbs. For their efforts each angler was awarded an Abu Garcia Rod and Reel Combo.

6th Place.
Went to Carson Mowdy and Colton Stewart of the Double C Bass Runners, with a total weight of 9.62lbs. For their efforts each angler was awarded an Abu Garcia Max Z Reel.

7th Place.
Went to Seaver Stump and Owen Cureton of the Bosqueville High School Fishing Team with a total weight of 8.64lbs. For their efforts each angler was awarded a Berkley Lighting Rod.
